[New Stuff]

New upgrade system - You can now continue to put points in a single upgrade to enhance it further. Also added descriptions to each upgrade so you actually know what they do.

New background - This took me like 10 seconds to make.

Restart button when you're in the shop - Cause' someone wanted it.

Added HTML version - You can now play Blue Galaxy in your browser, yay! If you want to play in fullscreen, you'll still have to get the exe.
